  Absolutely terrible customer service! Do rest visit, the guy just seemed irritated the when time, was not at ALL helpful explaining the different features and benefits of different cameras, just rattled of special, didn't tell me they have lay-by or interest free, wouldn't cost a camera and lenses package I asked about.
  So I went back in when I saw he wasn't there. Waited in the store looking at cameras, even getting out a phone zoom attachment out of it's box, trying it on my phone and all but walking out the store with it. I stayed there as long as I could stand to being completely ignored. Which was about 15-20 minutes. Not getting my money Ted's! And I AM buying a new camera.
